By purchasing, owning, or using any product manufactured or sold by Wyvern Kodiak Designs LLC, the purchaser and/or owner (“User”) expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

The User understands and accepts that knives and related products are inherently dangerous tools. The User assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the handling, use, misuse, possession, transport, and storage of any Wyvern Kodiak Designs LLC product.

Release of Liability
Wyvern Kodiak Designs LLC, including its owners, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or claim—whether to person or property—arising from or related to the use or misuse of its products. The User agrees to hold Wyvern Kodiak Designs LLC harmless from any and all such liabilities.

Compliance With Laws
The User is solely responsible for understanding, knowing, and complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, transport, and use of knives and related products. Wyvern Kodiak Designs LLC makes no representation regarding the legality of its products in any jurisdiction.

Age Verification
By purchasing or owning any Wyvern Kodiak Designs LLC product, the User affirms that they are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction, and that they are legally permitted to purchase and possess such items.

Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wyvern Kodiak Designs LLC from any claims, actions, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from the User’s use, misuse, or unlawful possession of Wyvern Kodiak Designs LLC products.
